Refunds
If it’s not for you, you shouldn’t pay for it.
14 days, no questions
Within 14 days of any payment (first purchase, yearly renewal or lifetime), email hello@yourspage.com from your account email and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to explain.
After 14 days
Yearly plans can be cancelled any time. Your page stays live until the end of the year you paid for, and you won’t be charged again. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway. We’re reasonable people.
What happens to your page
After a refund your page goes back to draft. Nothing is deleted, and you can publish again whenever you like.
Please ask us before disputing a charge
Chargebacks cost a small business like ours a flat fee that’s several times the price of a plan. A refund from us is faster for you, too.
