Terms of service
The short version: make a nice page, don’t use Page to hurt people, pay for the plan you pick, and you can leave with your data whenever you want.
1. The service
Page lets you build a public page of links (“your page”), optionally on a domain you own, and see anonymous analytics about visits and clicks. You need an account to build a page. Building is free; making a page public requires a paid plan.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
- Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Agencies managing clients should contact us first.
3. Plans, payments and renewals
- Monthly ($5.99/month) renews automatically. Cancel any time from Settings and your page stays up until the end of the paid month.
- Yearly ($49/year) renews automatically. We email you about a week before each renewal. Cancel any time from Settings and your page stays up until the end of the paid year.
- Lifetime ($149 once) covers the service for as long as Page operates, including future features.
- While your yearly subscription stays active, your price will not increase.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles taxes and receipts. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Your content
You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to host, display and cache it so we can run the service. You’re responsible for having the right to share what you post, and for the sites you link to.
5. Acceptable use
Follow our content policy. We check links against Google’s malware and phishing lists and may remove links or pause pages that put visitors at risk. We’ll tell you why, and you can reply to appeal.
6. Fair use
Plans include unlimited links and normal traffic. If a single page gets extraordinary traffic (hundreds of thousands of views a month), we may contact you about a plan that fits. We will never cut off a page without talking to you first.
7. Ending things
You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. If a plan lapses, your page pauses and nothing is deleted. If we ever shut the service down, we’ll give at least 90 days’ notice so you can export and move.
8. The legal bits
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived. We may update these terms; for material changes we’ll email you in advance.
